Staff Overview

Look a little closer, and you'll find we're not your average camp staff...

Our executive chef has been the personal chef for George Lucas
Another lead chef has worked exclusively as a chef and cooking educator for over 8 years
Our staff includes graduates from UC Berkeley, Stanford, Georgetown and Harvard
Four of us are Nutrition Educators
Two of us are former classroom teachers

All of us are with Operation C.H.E.F. for two simple reasons:
We know how to have fun and we LOVE to eat well!

Thank you so much for putting on such a wonderful camp! My son Luka came home very excited every night and is still talking about it... I have definitely seen an increase in his interest in food, cooking and nutrition... I am a holistic nutritionist, and have been trying to teach Luka about food ever since he was born, but unfortunately some information is better learned from non-family members. Josh had a fantastic time again this year at Chef camp. He is ready to go again next year (already)!... One of the best parts of sending him to the camp each year is that I know that I can confidently call upon his help in the kitchen...
